Registration and check-in is on Wednesday, March 31, from 3:00–5:30 pm. The opening banquet and ceremony begin at 5:30 pm.

The fee includes access to speaker sessions, worship experiences, networking opportunities, meals on Wednesday evening, throughout Thursday, and Friday morning, and 10 days of digital access to all sessions via C12 On Demand. Guests are responsible for travel and lodging at the Gaylord Texan Resort.

If you are flying into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), the hotel is only 6 miles away. Our schedule is full of on-site activities, so a quick trip in a cab or ride-share service may be your best option for transportation.

However, if you are driving to the event or choose to rent a vehicle, you may self-park for $25 a day or valet for $45.

Recommended dress for the conference is business casual. No need to pack a tie, although you will likely see a few ties and blazers at dinner Wednesday evening. Keep in mind that most hotels maintain quite low temperatures, so pack according to your comfort.

There will be a $200.00 processing fee from any refunds requested before [Month], 2027. A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided for any cancellations requested between Month X and Month X. After Month X, no refunds will be provided. Tickets are non-transferable.

Rooms are $XXX/night and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We also have a limited number of rooms blocked at the discounted rate for Friday night if you would like to extend your stay.
